Poi? What is Poi? POI is one of the best juggling product you can ever discover, and the Maori word for ball on a cord.
The POI was used, many years ago, by the indigenous Maori people of New Zealand to increase their flexibility and strength in their hands and arms as well as improving coordination.

Poi came quickly. I liked the quality, good weight. If you look closely, then there are small dents on the balls, but they are almost not noticeable, on the twist does not affect, I think transport problems, were packed in a cardboard box, it would be possible just in case to wrap a paralon.
