5.If you have not got it within the shipping time,please feel free contact us,we will check it for you with the post office and customs.

Return&Refund
1. If you are not satisfied with our item, return is accepted within 7 working days after receiving it.
2. If the item you received is defective or wrong item, it will be better if you can take photos to help us confirming that.
3. The return shipping fee should be paid by buyer.
4. After getting the returned item, we will refund you money or exchange.
