This blue reel arrived in very good condition It only took 20 days to receive it. I feel the product is exactly as shown in the picture. It is an 18cm reel which means it is slightly cheaper than a 21cm and slightly smaller. My medium-sized male hand can fit in the slots but it is a tight fit and I think now I would be happier with a larger size especially when retrieving a kite in high wind conditions. If you have a large or extra-large-sized hand it may be uncomfortable retrieving a large kite. Still, I am pleased with the purchase and the fast shipping.
